Cancellation requests must be submitted within 60 minutes after an order is placed; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Delivery estimates and destination restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, non-returnable customized items, and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
