Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Available payment options are shown at checkout and may vary by location or device.

Authorization and Order Confirmation

When you place an order, your payment provider may authorize or reserve the purchase amount. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, the item is unavailable, or the transaction appears unauthorized or fraudulent. If an order is cancelled, any eligible authorization or payment will be released or refunded to the original payment method.

Currency, Taxes, and Bank Charges

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed at checkout. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees. These charges are set by your provider and are not collected by MaxByteTime LLC. Applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers using their secure systems. MaxByteTime LLC does not receive or store your complete card number. Please do not send payment-card details by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it to your account. Please see our Return & Exchanges Policy for eligibility and processing details.
